MyoMuv Physical Therapy in Easley, SC

You don’t just need relief,
You need to be ready.

Most physical therapy gets you out of pain and sends you home. We thought that wasn’t good enough. MYOMUV was built for the people who want to go further than that.

MYOMUV PHYSICAL THERAPY PHILOSOPHY

Performance. Measurement. Confidence.

MYOMUV exists to bridge the gap between rehab and real-world performance.

Most physical therapy stops at pain relief. We think that’s the floor, not the finish line.

Our mission is to help active people across South Carolina move better, get stronger, and return to the activities they love, with the proof and confidence that they’re ready.

MEET THE TEAM

THE PHYSICAL THERAPISTS
BEHIND MYOMUV

Bryan Keith, DPT, CSCS

OWNER & PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Bryan Keith founded MYOMUV Physical Therapy in Easley, SC because he kept seeing the same gap, athletes finishing rehab but not feeling ready, active adults managing pain instead of fixing it. Keith built MYOMUV to fix it.

Bryan Keith holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with additional training in Functional Dry Needling.

Bryan specializes in lower extremity injuries, ACL rehabilitation, knee injuries, and working with basketball athletes and aging adults across South Carolina.

His philosophy is direct: rehab is training and training is rehab. “Most people think rehab is about rest. It’s not. It’s about applying the right stress, at the right time, in the right dose.” His goal isn’t dependence, it’s autonomy.

If you leave more resilient, more capable, and more confident than when you walked in, that’s success.

Outside the clinic, he stays active through mountain biking, running, pickleball, and strength training.

He’s a college basketball fan, an avid reader, and happiest exploring new places with his family. You’ll find him with a cortado or black coffee in hand.

Best fit for: Performance-minded athletes, basketball players, knee injury and ACL rehab clients, driven adults who want results, not just relief.

Ethan Thompson, PT, DPT, Cert. DN

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Ethan Thompson brings a holistic, whole-person approach to physical therapy, because he’s been on the other side of it. Ethan has dealt with back pain himself, which shaped how he relates to clients navigating the frustration of chronic pain and slow recovery. He practices what he teaches.

Ethan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and holds an advanced certification in dry needling.

He works most commonly with active adults managing knee pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, and hip pain and has a particular passion for working with cyclists dealing with lower back pain.

His philosophy cuts straight to the point: “We have to treat the person holistically, not just a single body part. Success means helping people accomplish their goals, not insurance goals.” Ethan connects best with clients who are motivated, have clear goals, and are willing to put in the work to get there.

Outside the clinic, Ethan rides his road bike, strength trains, and spends time with his wife and daughter. He’s visited 13 foreign countries and orders a white chocolate mocha.

Best fit for: Active adults, cyclists with back pain, motivated clients who want a clear plan and are committed to seeing it through.

Harrison Schreiner, CSCS, CF-2, USAW-L1

Director of performance & Strength Coach

Harrison brings a performance-first approach to strength and conditioning  because he’s lived the other side of it. As an athlete who has navigated his own injuries and rehabilitation, he understands firsthand what it feels like to be cleared for return to sport before your body is truly ready. That gap between “discharged” and “prepared” became his obsession.

Harrison is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over 13 years of coaching experience, and holds a track record working with athletes from everyday fitness clients all the way to professional motocross, off-road racing, and mountain bike competitors.

He works most commonly with athletes looking to close the gap between rehab and performance — and has a particular passion for working with mountain bike and gravel riders who want to train smarter, move better, and compete with confidence.

In addition to his role at Myomuv, Harrison is the owner and head coach of RPM Strength & Conditioning, where he coaches athletes remotely across the country.

Harrison’s philosophy is simple: you can’t out-technique a body that isn’t prepared for the work.

Most athletes don’t get hurt because of bad movement. They get hurt because their body ran out of capacity — and nobody built it back up before sending them back out. His entire approach is centered on developing the work capacity that lets athletes train harder, recover faster, and stay in the game longer.

“The goal isn’t just to get you back. It’s to get you back better than before.”

He connects best with athletes who are competitive by nature, frustrated with playing it safe, and ready to do the work it actually takes to perform at their highest level.

Outside the gym, Harrison is an elite mountain biker who competes at a high level and coaching Crossfit — so when he talks about training for the demands of your sport, he’s speaking from the saddle, not just the whiteboard.

Best fit for: Active adults, Fitness Athletes, Mountain Bikers and Handle Bar Athletes
