We are set up in an environment created to explore movement and equip you with TRUE strength. We are a cash based physical therapy practice, meaning we do not accept insurance. This allows us to work with you free of restrictions that insurance companies place on both of us. You control your healthcare, not insurance. Each Plan of Care is unique and tailored to YOU. Every session is customized to you. No cookie cutter treatments here.
We have intentionally chosen not to work with insurance. This allow us the time to work with you one-on-one for the full session-resulting in our clients getter better outcomes, faster. All of our clients see their health as an investment. Your care may be covered by your insurance provider as out-of-network medical care. Our team can work with you to help you take advantage of any benefits your insurance company may provide. Because our services are provided by licensed physical therapists and most insurance companies provide some level of reimbursement for our services. Many clients choose to pay using FSA/HSA dollars. We can not guarantee reimbursement.

We will begin with listening and letting you share your story. As you speak we may ask more specific questions to get helpful information to guide our movement exam. We will assess head to toe to understand how your body moves and works. The initial screen is not meant to treat but to guide and plan. You will receive hands on manual therapy to get you out of pain and homework to start your journey! But our goal is to first get to the root cause of your pain and movement limitations!
Your initial assessment and treatment lasts one hour. Follow up visits are either 30 or 60 minutes depending on your preference and your therapist’s recommendation.
After you initial assessment, your Myomuv Therapist will provide you with a recommendation based on your need. We also recommend some type of package for a treatment plan of care. We would love to bring you all the value you need in one hour but it’s not that simple. If you are in pain, injured, or have movement limitations our therapist will be able to provide a more specific recommendation catered to your needs.
Our therapist is a licensed doctor of physical therapy. In addition to his professional training our therapist has completed special certifications in Functional Dry Needling, Functional Movement Screen, and other human movement and performance training courses. Our lead physical therapist is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. But we get it, you may not care about those things. We get you back to the activities you love! Our trainers are also Crossfit Coaches and Strength Coaches at local gyms, giving you the best of both worlds!
Per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session we require 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice or fail to show up for my appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of my appointment UNLESS you reschedule within one week. We value your time so we ask that you value ours!
