At Myomuv, our Strength and Condition program, Myofit, is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals with the support of doctorate-level therapists and strength coaches in Mauldin. Please note that our Myofit program is not suitable for patients currently experiencing pain. We strongly recommend that you first receive one-on-one treatment from our physical therapists as part of the rehab phase to ensure you’re feeling right before beginning the program.

A MYOFIT SESSION IS A 60 MINUTE SESSION.
We focus on improving one key movement pattern – hinge, squat, push, pull, or lunge. This is where we test and build your body’s ability to withstand and produce force. Strength is the vehicle for all performance. Various rep schemes, tempos, and intensities to move outside of your comfort zone.
A circuit style WOD that will push you to new limits. A high intensity environment that stacks exercises to create a strong mind and a fit body.
